The class is gathering information and preparing to write a research paper about Abraham Lincoln. They are studying his boyhood, his family, and his presidency. They will also be learning about The Underground Railroad, The Civil War, and Abraham Lincoln's assassination. Please send any materials you may have to help the children with the research.
Class Homework and information
1. Spelling list home each Friday- Test every Friday
2. Take Home Reading Book brought home each Friday-
(child should read this book Mon-Thursday several times)
Please have child bring back Take Home Book each Friday because we will use it in class! We will also have a quiz each Friday on the book.
3 Work not completed in class will be sent home.
4. Newsletter sent home each Monday with the following

Reading Log
Sudoku math puzzle for extra credit
